This in-person workshop is focused on cultivating physical alignment and nervous system stability through posture, breath, and embodied awareness. You’ll learn how your physical patterns influence confidence and self-trust, how to recognize collapse or tension under stress, and how to create grounded presence without force.
The workshop is experiential, structured, and designed to strengthen your body’s capacity to hold clarity, confidence, and authority.

Chrissie Morgan is a Physical Therapist and Master Life Coach with over 32 years of experience guiding people through physical healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-trust. She is the creator of the Body Awareness Method™, a four-body framework that integrates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual awareness into cohesive, lived change.
Her work bridges clinical science and somatic awareness with deep emotional intelligence, helping individuals move out of protective survival patterns and into greater stability, clarity, and embodied alignment.
Chrissie’s approach is grounded, experiential, and rooted in nervous system safety — meeting each person exactly where they are while supporting the body’s natural capacity for integration and lasting change.
