Chrissie Morgan is a Physical Therapist and Master Life Coach with over 32 years of experience guiding people through physical healing, emotional regulation, and embodied self-trust. She is the creator of the Body Awareness Method™, a four-body framework that integrates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual awareness into cohesive, lived change.
Her work bridges science and somatics with deep emotional intelligence, helping people move out of survival patterns and into embodied clarity, safety, and alignment.
